This page runs the Pictionary word generator with the Holiday menu unlocked. Leave it on All holidays for a mixed seasonal game (about 823 words in the safe set), or pick one holiday and the pool narrows to it. Every set has an easy tier of icons, a medium tier of traditions and a hard tier of the situations that actually happen, and every set respects the audience setting, so Easter egg and candy heart are there for children while blind date and over the hill wait for the adults. Christmas, Halloween and Thanksgiving are the largest sets; every holiday also has its own page (Easter, Valentine’s Day, summer, fall, St. Patrick’s Day, birthday parties and New Year’s Eve) with a generator locked to it and a longer guide, and this page is the hub that mixes them.

Ideas for each occasion

• Easter and spring. Kids audience, Easy tier, and a rule that the drawer must add bunny ears to every picture. Pair it with the animals list for a farm-and-spring game.
• Valentine’s Day. Couples draw for each other with Words per turn set to 3, so the drawer chooses the word their partner is most likely to guess. Everyone learns something.
• Summer. Backyard rules: a whiteboard on the fence, a 30-second timer, and cannonball at least once. The Fourth of July fireworks word is a scribble that always gets guessed.
• Fall. The cozy set for a cabin weekend, best played with the Funny switch on for raking the same leaves twice and pumpkin spice everything.
• St. Patrick’s Day. A short set, so play it as one round inside a bigger game: whoever draws pinch for not wearing green gets to enforce it.
• Birthday party. The birthday child draws first and every card is theirs. Piñata, bounce house and cake smash are the easy ones; the candle that will not blow out is the funny one.
• New Year’s Eve. Play the countdown set in the last half hour with the 30-second timer, and make the resolution you already broke the final word of the year.
